About Dr. Ashley McGuire

Hi, I’m Dr. Ashley McGuire! I’m a wife and mom, believer in the power of love and kindness, fueled by faith and caffeine, and chiropractor! I have a husband named Corey, a daughter named Lilly, 4 fur babies, and a goldfish. I love Saturday mornings, being outdoors, and spending time with my family. I’m an NC native – born in New Bern, raised in Morehead City.

Helping people is my passion! I’ve known since I was a child that I wanted to be a doctor, but it wasn’t until my own pregnancy that I realized I wanted to be a chiropractor. Taking care of pregnant mamas and babies is my jam! I am a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) where I’ve done hundreds of hours in prenatal and pediatric specific training and received my certification in the Webster technique. To further my expertise in caring for mommas and babies I invested hundreds of hours, and passed the rigorous exam for my CACCP certification through the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics and Family Practice. I am also certified in pediatric tongue and lip tie care through nourish professional.

I graduated from Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, SC in 2016. Prior to attending chiropractic school; I graduated from Methodist University in Fayetteville, NC with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Physical Education. I hold memberships in Alpha Delta Pi’s Alumni Chapter and the North Carolina Chiropractic Association. In 2018, I won the NCCA's People's Choice Award - the only NCCA award voted on by the public.

I’m so excited that you’re here and I hope you become a part of The Empowered Pregnancy Family! I can’t wait to see you inside the course!
